With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and formal training in Crucial Conversations, Ashley has spent decades helping students, educators, and professionals develop the skills to communicate effectively, navigate challenging conversations, and thrive personally and professionally.
